My offerings: Reiki clinic-affordable reiki sessions one day a week with 1/2 hour or hour time blocks, individual reiki sessions, Restorative yoga, gentle yoga, expressive arts therapy (art, yoga, tapping, guided imagery, breathwork, sound healing etc.), children’s music or yoga classes available upon demand.
Yoga
Relax and Renew-$10-15 Suggested
Relax and Renew yoga is a combination of restorative and gentle yoga. We will do gentle stretches, and hold long restorative poses to relax your body mind and spirit.
We meet on Tuesdays from 10:30-11:30am at Heartsong Studio in Chesterfield.
Individual yoga and kids yoga available upon request.
Reiki
Unblock your chakras for beautiful flowing energy. Let go of stress, pain, and energy/emotions that are no longer needed.
Individual reiki by appointment-$60 for 30 minutes, $120 for full hour.
Expressive Arts Therapy
$130 session
Are you struggling, and need some support? Expressive arts therapy is a wonderful way to express your emotions in a deeper way. Explore and heal through art, yoga, breathwork, EFT tapping, guided imagery, sound healing and more! Helpful for stress, transitions, anxiety, ADHD, depression, postpartum time and more.
